Return, Exchange & Damage Policy

 

Shipping Policy
You can expect delays during holidays, sales, restocks and promotions. If you need your order by a specific date, please make sure to order early to ensure it is received on time. We provide tracking numbers that are emailed once orders have been shipped. If for any reason you do-not receive your tracking number, contact us at orders@strobecosmetics.com please provide your order number in the email.

Damaged Products
We offer refunds or replacements for damaged or missing items (at our fault) within 14 business days of delivery. Email us at orders@strobecosmetics.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We are not responsible for products damaged by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy
Strobe Cosmetics will pay postage for replacements/exchanges on items that were incorrect within 14 business days of delivery. If your tracking shows DELIVERED but you have not received your package, contact your local post office immediately and speak with your postmaster or the mail person who delivers your mail.  

Stolen & Lost Package Policy
We are not responsible to replace lost or stolen packages once the post office has shown a delivery confirmation. Though these things do not happen often, if you are a victim of mail theft make sure to immediately file a theft claim with the United States Postal Service and provide them with the tracking confirmation we have provided. 

International Orders
All sales are FINAL unless cosmetics are damaged or defective. We mark all international packages as Merchandise. We are not responsible for any custom fee's due upon arrival to your country. You may need to pay custom fees/duties before your postal service will release your package to you. Once your tracking is posted as DELIVERED our responsibility for your package becomes fulfilled. Please expect to receive your order 2-6 weeks from shipping date.
