A: Absolutely not! We would never put our animal friends through something so horrific. We pride ourselves in being 100% cruelty-free from the very beginning. We test all of our products on willing human subjects (aka our Strobe team members). We are also Leaping Bunny and Logical Harmony certified!

A: Yes! All of our products are 100% vegan, and will remain 100% vegan forever.

A: We ship everywhere except Mexico, Kuwait, Nigeria, and Italy.

A: We offer $6.00 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the U.S (Including Hawaii and Alaska) All U.S. orders $65 and over ship for free!
$15.00 flat rate shipping to Canada.
$20.00 Flat rate shipping for the rest of the world.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Keep in mind we are an indie brand, so shipping and processing may take a little longer. Orders typically ship within 3-5 days, but can take up to a week and a half to 2 weeks during launches, holidays, sales, and restocks.
Q: Why hasn't the tracking for my package updated for (x) days?
A: It can take anywhere from 24-72 hours for tracking to update. Don't worry, it's on it's way!
