A: Absolutely not! We would never put our animal friends through something so horrific. We pride ourselves in being 100% cruelty free from the very beginning. We test all of our products on willing human subjects (aka our Strobe team members). We are also Leaping Bunny certified! 

Q: Are all of your products Vegan?
A: Yes! All of our products are 100% vegan, and will remain 100% vegan forever.

Q: I am sensitive to some ingredients commonly found in cosmetics. Do you have your ingredients listed?
A: All of our ingredients are listed on each individual product page here on the website. All of our products are 100% vegan, gluten free, and cruelty free.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We ship everywhere except Mexico, Kuwait, Nigeria, and Italy.
Please keep in mind customs and additional shipping fees may apply depending on your country's postal service, and we have no control over these additional fees.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer $4.50 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the U.S (Including Hawaii and Alaska) and $14.00 flat rate shipping to all other countries. *USPS changes their shipping prices every January, so our shipping prices may fluctuate*

* All international orders $65.00 and over ship for free.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Keep in mind we are an indie brand run by one to two people at any given time, so shipping and processing can take a while.
Current shipping time can take up to 2-3 weeks and up to 2-6 weeks during holidays, sales, and restocks.

Q: Why hasn't the tracking for my package updated for (x) days?
A: It can take anywhere from 24-72 hours for tracking to update. Don't worry, it's on it's way!
